    1. The My Careers Website Terms of Use (these Terms) are provided to ensure you understand your rights and obligations when you access and navigate the My Careers software application (the Software) and our website located at www.mycareers.com (Website).
    2. The Software and Website is owned and operated by Careers Pty Ltd ACN 623 789 855 (My Careers) and any reference in these Terms to “we”, “us” and “our” means My Careers.
    3. Any reference in these Terms to “you” or “your” means any person accessing, viewing or using the Software and or Website.
    4. You acknowledge that My Careers is providing you with a service which is the provision of the Software and Website (Services). You agree that your use of the Services is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
    5. You agree that your use of the Services is granted pursuant to a non-exclusive license the terms of which My Careers may change from time to time without prior notice to you and in accordance with the law by publishing them at the Website.
    6. By accessing and using the Services or otherwise dealing with My Careers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the My Careers Privacy Policy located at www.mycareers.com.

  2. Permitted Use

    1. The Services are provided to you so you can visit our Website, view the Software and our content and access the information that we provide on it.     1. My Careers disclaims all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Website and Software content and the use or performance of the Website and Software to a maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree that you will not seek to hold us accountable for any loss or damage that you or any third party may suffer as a result of your use of the Software and/or the Website, and that you will indemnify us for any such loss and damage we suffer as a result of claims brought against us by any party as a result of your use of the Software and/or the Website.

Where the law, such as the Australian Consumer Law, implies a warranty or guarantee into these Terms which may not lawfully be excluded, then provided it is fair and reasonable to do so, our liability for breach of such a warranty or guarantee shall be limited as far as permitted by the applicable law.

To the fullest extent of the law, you agree to indemnify us from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and/or your use of the Services.
